Media Coordinator

Entry level position for ambitious and detail oriented college graduates with a passion for Advertising, specifically related to Media Planning & Buying.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with good math, analytical and writing skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business, Mass Communications or Marketing

Reports to: Group Media Director

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the buying and planning process
  • Maintain and monitor multi-channel media plans and buys
  • Assist in the development of media channel planning costs
  • Reporting, including digital media/paid social
  • Conduct market research
  • Investigate promotional and new media opportunities
  • Input station avails into media software
  • Monitor buys for accuracy and assist in clearing billing discrepancies
  • Buy spot cable and non-rated radio
  • Issue and manage traffic instructions
  • Download reports, work with accounting on invoices
  • Mapping
  • Create and distribute insertion orders
  • Revise flowcharts
  • Creative spec and deadline development
