What started in Buffalo, NY, quickly grew – serving an impressive roster of brands with offices across the nation. Now headquartered in Florida’s Tampa Bay region, FKQ has evolved into a creative communications enterprise with a team of nearly 100 proven professionals.

Bob Faller
As one of the original Mad Men, and founders of FKQ, Bob Faller’s passion and purpose can still be felt inside the halls – and hearts – of FKQ. Throughout his tenure, he was a mentor to many and an inspiration to all.
A gifted artist. A creative thinker. A shrewd business leader. Bob knew how to deliver effective thinking in unexpected ways. And he always put Clients first, doing Whatever It Takes to help them succeed.
It’s this same spirit that guides us today and makes FKQ unlike any other.

Lisa Faller
A summa cum laude graduate of Ithaca College School of Communications, Lisa began her advertising career at FKQ in 1983 in Buffalo, New York, where she was involved in every aspect of the multi-faceted, integrated business. She has also held previous positions as a producer at Sherwin Greenberg Studios in New York and as an assistant director at Tampa Bay’s WFLA-TV. For all the Clients that FKQ proudly serves, Lisa has measurable hands-on involvement in strategic development as President. Her leadership philosophy has resulted in long-standing Client relationships that exceed multiple decades with many brands.

George Ferris
Following George’s accomplished start as an award-winning writer/producer for legacy brands like Home Shopping Network and Lucky Stores, his retail savvy provided the perfect platform into sales promotions and marketing. With a keen focus on revenue generation driven by a salient brand proposition, his portfolio covers the gamut of expertise, from turnarounds to takeovers for Fortune 100 and 500 organizations. There’s a good chance you’ve viewed, heard, read, liked, posted or downloaded one of George’s creations. He has worked with legendary promoters such as Coca-Cola, the Super Bowl, Anheuser-Busch Entertainment, NASCAR, NCAA Athletics and the National Hockey League. He joined FKQ in 1993 and serves as Executive Vice President/Partner in the firm. George supervises account management teams while immersing himself in his Clients’ daily business affairs. His creative outlook often provides fresh solutions to familiar marketing problems, and he is sought after by Clients from as far away as Australia and New Zealand.

Karen Gorenflo
In 1984, Karen joined FKQ in Buffalo, New York, as the Divisional Accounting Procedures Manager for the California, Florida, North Carolina and Ohio divisions. In 1986, she moved to the Florida office and was responsible for human resources and financial services. In 1994, Karen was promoted to Vice President, Operations, with added responsibilities for company-wide operations and FKQ’s digital pre-press and web development divisions. In 2008, she was promoted to Executive Vice President. Karen is a member of the Advisory Board of the High Point YMCA and the Pinellas County Advisory Board of BB&T.

Rob Faller
A graduate of Ithaca College’s School of Communications, Rob started his career at FKQ in Buffalo on the Dunlop Tires account team. Rob joined FKQ Florida in 1986, and his tenure in account management includes Kash n’ Karry, Super Kmart Center, JMC Communities, Melitta USA, PODS, Lexus of Tampa Bay, Olson Tires and UPC Insurance. In 1998, he became President of FKQ’s digital marketing arm, Site Dynamics, which in 2008 was integrated into FKQ’s creative, production, media and engineering teams, complementing and enhancing FKQ’s position as a premier digital and traditional communications agency. In 2008, Rob became Executive Vice President of FKQ, and he serves as the Executive Committee liaison to the production and creative departments.

Stacy Howell
Stacy Howell is a Senior Vice President who works with FKQ’s Clients to create strategic marketing solutions. She knows that strong work starts with a strong relationship and cultivates an environment of trust and mutual respect with the brands she is proud to serve.
Stacy has worked with such esteemed brands as McDonald’s, KFC, Napa Auto Parts, Melitta, Hertz and Visit Tampa Bay in her two-decade-plus career.
She happily served on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities for 16 years and as a member of the McDonald’s Agency Roundtable for five years.
Stacy’s passion for communication has translated to her role in oversight of the social media, PR and media teams at FKQ.
She holds a B.A. in communication from University of Cincinnati.
